Home Care Services
Lang Yi Foundation provides non-profit and charitable home care services that allow seniors the opportunity to potentially defer or spare the need to move into a nursing home/long-term care home. We provide different levels of services that range from monitoring, to housekeeping, assisted dressing, bathing and toileting, respiratory services, rehabilitation and convalescent care; these will enable seniors to obtain care services as their needs change, and in their own homes.

Senior Housing
With the goal of “providing reliable care and comfortable homes”, Lang Yi Foundation is launching two types of housing projects to accommodate the varying needs of seniors, creating a comfortable living environment, that expresses our respect and support for our seniors.
Expansive Development ·
Modern Multi-functional Housing
By actualizing innovative senior care concepts, and implementing our strong management experience and quality support services, we will develop a number of modern and multi-functional housing for retirees, to establish a community-style retirement environment.
Devoted Planning ·
Charitable Rental Housing
Since some elders are unable to afford expensive rents after retirement, the government has provided subsidized housing to relieve their economic pressure. However, with the increasing demand for retirement homes, the government needs the help and support of charities, in addition to its ongoing efforts.
Lang Yi Foundation has always cared for the seniors in our communities. We will not only plan to develop a series of affordable and charitable housing options, but will also establish an excellent management team, and inclusive facilities and services, in an effort to meet the housing needs of our seniors.
